Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production or customization work has started.
