At Barkath Arts, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Customized or personalized art pieces (including acrylic, wood, glass, or leather works) cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required to process any return.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and proof
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the issue.
- Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@barkatharts.com.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
After this period, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible for customized items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to sales@barkatharts.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
